Iowa coach Kirk Ferentz offered a vague response when asked about the health status of tailback Adam Robinson during his Wednesday radio show.
Ferentz was asked if Robinson, the Hawkeyes’ leading rusher with 806 yards, had suffered a concussion, and if the sophomore from Lincoln would be available for this week’s game at Indiana.
“We’ve got a lot of guys who are nicked up,” Ferentz said. “Outside of (linebacker Tyler Nielsen) we think everybody has got a shot.”
Ferentz said Nielsen (neck) might not play the rest of this season. But fellow linebacker Jeremiha Hunter is back at practice.
