Hawkeyes miss ESPN/ABC prime time cut

And Iowa missed the cut.

The slate of six games, as posted on the BTN’s website, features Ohio State three times, including the first-ever November night game at the famed “Horseshoe” on Nov. 1 against Illinois.

The Hawkeyes last appearance on ABC primetime was in 2009. They could still land a night game when the BTN announces its schedule.

Sept. 6: Virginia Tech at Ohio State – 8 p.m. ET, ESPN

Sept. 20: Miami at Nebraska – 8 p.m. ET, ABC/ESPN/ESPN2

Oct. 4: Nebraska at Michigan State – 8 p.m. ET, ABC/ESPN/ESPN2

Oct. 11 : Penn State at Michigan – 7 p.m. ET, ESPN/ESPN2

Oct. 25: Ohio State at Penn State – 8 p.m. ET, ABC/ESPN/ESPN2

Nov. 1 : Illinois at Ohio State – 8 p.m. ET, ABC/ESPN/ESPN2
